This is a replacement key for the Citroen Berlingo used from 1998 to 2008. It can be used to replace a worn or damaged key. The transponder chip can be transferred from your worn or damaged key and put into the new one.

The key can be cut and also provided with a transponder chip if required.
The key code will take the following format:
- Two digits in the range 01 to 99 followed by five digits from the group 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8.
For example: 0186424.
The key code is usually recorded in the vehicle service book.
The key can be cut from the key code or two decent digital pictures of an existing key for the vehicle.

If the key is cut from pictures the key code will be provided. If you ever require another key then one can be cut from this key code.
Additional keys are programmed into a Citroen Berlingo from 1998 to 2008 using a diagnostic machine plugged into the vehicle.
Alternatively... if a key that starts a vehicle manufactured from 1998 to mid 1999 is brought or sent to us we have the facilities to copy the transponder chip within it onto a new one. The new key will then start the vehicle without any further programming being required.
Otherwise... if the vehicle is brought to us we have the facilities to program a new key into the vehicle.
